Hi,
I am working with cbp carbon Inc. We are currently looking for a basic washing system for our shredded tires and hoping that an aggregate washer might be a solution. We are shredding rubber tires for 18 hours/day at a rate of about 2000kg/hr (4400 lb/hr) that we would like to feed into a small washing system using a conveyor system. The largest chunks of rubber will be 5x5x2cm (2x2x3/4 in.). At this size, the volume is about 7.75 cubic yards/hr (5.9 m3). The system would need only to ensure that most of the chunks of dirt and mud are removed prior to moving on to being processed. From the washer, we would like the shredded rubber to be moved to a storage pile using a conveyor.
Summary:
Material: Shredded Rubber Tires
Processing time: 18 hr/day
Rate: 4400 lb/hr
Volume: 7.75 yd3/hr
Size of largest particle: 2x2x3/4 in.
Please let me know if you need any more information. We would be interested in either new or used equipment and are looking to finalize our choice soon.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you,
