Inquire for: The mould should have a similar design as current 16 cavity mould; Adding front and rear row of cavities will change lenght of the mould but widht will stay the same.
Platen size must stay the same 630x800mm.
Material: Cavities, middle plate and inserts should have hardness of 1000-1100 Mpa.
Material of above must be able to be nitrated

1. Demand sheet
2. Models of 1.24 mould (16 cavities)
3. 1.24 mould drawings - dwg, PDF (16 cavities)
4. Product and metal insert drawings
5. REP V68 press manual (specification: Rear top ejection on which the ejection plate is fixed)
6. Draft design for 24-cavity mould

If you will be manufacturing samples, the following adjustment of the press will be necessary:
1. Manufacture of a new rear suspension sliding draw-out plate (indicated on draft design of 24-cavity mould)
2. Manufacture of the rear ejection adapter (drawings attached)

The mould are export.
